Hostal del Carme
Hostal del Carme is a rural Hotel with a Catalan‘s cuisine Restaurant and a four generation culinary tradition.
In the stoves of the restaurant, we have the Master, she does a home-made cuisine with products of proximity, vegetables from the vegetable garden, cheeses, wines from Corb‘s Valley (Vall del Corb)… You must taste the grilled snails (caragols a la llauna) and the roasted dishes like the kid’s back and the partridge bird in vinaigrette.
